Privacy notice

Review date: 2026-06-07. This closed alpha is a research-only harness. It does not connect brokerage accounts, execute trades, custody assets, or store OpenAI API keys on the server.

Data used for a run

Your OpenAI API key is sent through the LLM Trade app only to call OpenAI for your request. The LLM Trade app sets store: false on Responses API calls. Browser threads are stored locally on your device. Follow-up calls send a redacted thread state instead of raw local transcripts.

Tool boundaries

Web search and market-data tools receive a sanitized retrieval brief. Exact position sizes, account identifiers, credentials, raw brokerage text, and screenshots are not sent to tools by policy.

Fonts

Pages load the Geist, Geist Mono, and Instrument Serif typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). As with any web request, font requests expose your IP address and browser user agent to Google. They contain no app data: no API keys, no holdings, no prompts, and no report content.

Telemetry

Telemetry is allowlisted and aggregate-only. Raw prompts, raw holdings, API keys, authorization headers, raw MCP payloads, raw tool outputs, and generated reports are not accepted by telemetry routes.
